The light as the sun set over the city was beautiful as we walked to the nearest supermarket and found some Canadian made cereal for me to have for breakfast in the morning and a (very small) variety of beers for Chad to try.
We finished our evening at a really nice restaurant set in lush greenery with soothing live music playing, where four beers and two big (nut-free) meals plus dessert cost us about $16.

Yep, there's no question that this is not the 'real' Cambodia. But it was sure a great start to our time in Phnom Penh!
